There are [reports](https://github.com/[ermolaev/http_servers_bench](https://github.com/ermolaev/http_servers_bench) that the Ruby webserver Falcon is significantly faster than the default Puma. If this is true, and we can get it to work on Heroku without other issues (e.g. memory blow out) then we should consider migrating to it.
