We update the EXOCTK_DATA periodically and store it on box, but we do not store tagged versions of this. We should version the data so that the data is tied to specific versions of the software.

Radical idea: we could version control ExoCTK data using Zenodo. @hover2pi notes that in the automatic download of the code, we should also add version of the ExoCTK data to download that matches the current ExoCTK version.
