1. Log in with any expensifail account and open any chat
2. Add attachment
3. Open attachment
4. Tap Download and than OK
5. Close attachment
6. Reopen attachment again

Expected Result:

Able to open attachment after tap on download and re-open again

Actual Result:

Infinite loading displayed after downloaded and reopen attachment again
