Android - Attachment-Unable to load protected PDF error appears when wrong password is entered #22919

Issue found when executing PR #22565

Action Performed:

  1. Launch New Expensify app
  2. Go to any chat and open protected PDF attachment
  3. Tap introduce la contraseña (Enter the password)
  4. Disconnect network
  5. Enter incorrect password

Expected Result:

Error message about incorrect password shows up

Actual Result:

Error message 'Hubo un error al intentar cargar el pdf' (There was an error trying to load the pdf) about unable to load PDF shows up

I tried IOS v1.3.41-2 and web latest main.
