  3. Click on FAB and select Assign task

  4. Enter title and click next button

  5. Click on Assignee

@rlinoz FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors.

We think this bug might be related to #vip-vsb

I think this is caused by #40271, explained what I think is happening here #40271 (comment)

That makes sense, here is the PR that fixes it.

This is deployed to prod, so I think we can close it.
