VBA flow went to blank screen at bank-account/company step

Action Performed:

1. Create Workspace on NewDot
2. Select Get Started on Expensify Card tab
3. Fill in company info using info in (3) in this SO
4. After entering company info, get an error to check information again
5. Submit company info again, arrive at blank screen

Expected Result:

At step 5 I would've failed some check, and a conversation would be started in concierge requesting follow up info to get my VBA set up.

Actual Result:

At step 5 the page went blank. I was unable to continue the VBA flow, even after refreshing to a the new.expensfiy.com and trying to start over again.

@joelbettner 's PR may also handle this, but II'm not sure since this occurred after entering information where we run certain checks?

I think Joel's PR will fix this! Testing this locally I can get to the requestor step at least:

I think this is a quirk with my local dev environment though I don't think this is a real issue. When Joel's PR hits staging it should be easy to test the whole flow again.
