Logs: https://stackoverflow.com/c/expensify/questions/4856

Action Performed:

  1. Go to www.expensify.com on Android mobile
  2. Choose "Manage my own expenses"
  3. Enter email
  4. Press "Get started"
  5. Press "Join"

Expected Result:

Redireted to NewDot and user signed in

Actual Result:

The interface displays a loading spinner indefinitely without progressing. Logs were reviewed but did not indicate any apparent issues.
Upon refreshing the page, the system displays "Launching Expensify," but the actual state is an error.
Clicking a specific link leads to a blank sign-in page. The email address from the error page is not prepopulated.

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
