Action Performed:

1. Open the Expensify app
2. Log in with a valid account
3. Background the app for a long time. (Long enough for the splash screen to be displayed when reopening it. At least 20 minutes)
4. Reopen the app
5. Tap on "Settings" on the bottom of the screen
6. Tap on "Sign Out"

Expected Result:

User should be logged out of the account at the first try

Actual Result:

The user has to sign out twice of the account when the app was backgrounded for a long time (Long enough for the splash screen to be displayed when the app is reopened. At least 20 minutes)
