Issue reported by: @neil-marcellini
Slack conversation (hyperlinked to channel name): quality

Action Performed:

  1. Go to self DM on iOS Hybrid App
  2. Create expense
  3. Scan receipt
  4. Enter description
  5. Save
  6. Choose do nothing for now
  7. Wait for SmartScan to complete
  8. View the expense on Mac Chrome

Expected Result:

The expense is tracked on my self DM and details are filled in my smart scan

Actual Result:

The expense shows with violations, (missing amount and category) submitted to my default group policy. The merchant is set to "Chronos time tracking @ 3.63 hours" which makes no sense, but for added context did stop a Chronos timer just before this. On the selfDM there is an expense that shows with an loading skeleton permanently.

Workaround:

Unknown
