Expense gets duplicated in a report and compose input field disappears clicking on the workspace chat of that expense

Action Performed:

1. User made a uber transaction
2. Click on the report to view the expense

Expected Result:

Expense shouldn't be duplicated and the description should appear
Should be no RBR for the workspace chat
Clicking on the chat composer should be visible

Actual Result:

Expense seems to be duplicated. One is pending and one is not, not both have the description which was added, just the one
The workspace chat shows an RBR but when tap in, none of the reports have an RBR
When tap in to the workspace chat mentioned above, the input field is gone
