Steps

Open any repository/goal
Add video or audio CE and upload file from local storage
Try to forward player progress while file is playing

Expected result

Should be able to forward audio/video tracks player progress (in create-mode and read-mode)

Actual result

Unable to forward audio/video tracks player progress.
Only videos uploaded via YouTube URL can be forwarded
