Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to any course details
  2. Open any Page, Lesson, or Knowledge check item
  3. For example, let's choose Lesson item
  4. Scroll down in the edit mode of Lesson page until the Assessment section is visible
  5. Click on [+ Add Assessment] button
  6. Choose and add Drag&Drop question --> Click on added D&D question
  7. Click on 'Save' without any input --> Observe
  8. Enter any value in the Question frame and click on 'Save' button --> Observe again

Expected Behavior

Validation message should appear on the 'Save' action while trying to question without any input inside the ‘Group name’ and ‘Answer’ fields.

Current Behavior

Missing validations on the ‘Group name’ and ‘Answer’ fields when trying to save question without any input inside those fields.
Click on 'Save' button will not respond when 'Group name’ and ‘Answer’ fields are without any value.
