We have developed a form to aid in the development of FAIR metrics.

Metric Descriptor  Value
Metric Identifier
Metric Name
To which principle does it apply?
What is being measured?
Why should we measure it?
What must be provided?
How do we measure it?
What is a valid result?
For which digital resource(s) is this relevant?
Examples of their application across types of digital resources
Comment

This form is published on http://fairmetrics.org

that form is to devise a metric, rather than present a metric or list of metrics as in the link you gave.

Every measure is a length on some scale. The form is a good way to guide the work of defining practicable properties that can be measured.
From my software engineering work I define a metric as having 4 properties:
(1) Name
(2) Description (concise)
(3) Scale (what is being measured: units and uncertainty)
(4) Meter (how are measurements taken)

The additions of the principle to which it applies, what digital resources to which it can be applied, and examples are critical for producing useful properties.
