empty paths: paths in the decision tree which leads to no resources.

by checking if every path leads to a valid solution.

notes:

it's okay to have some empty paths if they are important and we have no supporting materials at the moment
having too many empty paths are disappointing, which we should avoid.
if no solutions, we should either leave a "no resource" note or put a "coming soon" badge.
