Change location of status icons in editing

Currently, from tickets such as #1768, status icons on the relation editing page are located next to buttons, which may not be to everyone's taste as that icon doesn't have any function when clicked.
The component which displays the status icon can also display a record's type, and so the record type icon could be replaced with the type/status component, if a means can be found to fit it into the space available.
