Advanced Search pulldown: Record Types

A small tweak, which can be put on hold or performed depending on how much time we have at the moment.

The ordering of the items in the pulldowns should be adjusted slightly, and we should move one item from the 'generic rule' pulldown for purposes of consistency. Here are the suggestions.

• Move 'Standard Record Type to the 'standards rule' pulldown
• Ensure that the 'ZZZ Record Type' item is first in each of the database, policy, and standards rule pulldowns.
