Using the remote judging software, our judges have the 'Manage Awards' button available to them, and through testing are able to edit the award distribution.

Judges should not be able to edit Award assignments or view the Award results.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Of course, Judges work with the Judge Advisors to ensure that everyone agrees on how the Awards end up. However, the best protection against an incident where a rogue Judge changes something is not giving them the opportunity to.
Additional context
This is more a safety concern than anything, please let me know if this is intentional. Thank you!

Non-technical solution: don't give the judges tablets and leave the keying in of awards to the Judge Advisor/Judge Advisor Assistant.
Alternatively, Judges can get a tablet that isn't logged in (if they need a tablet), iirc the Judge permission only additionally grants access to the Manage Awards section.
