Font of element names in tables #29

All element names outside of tables have been enclosed in backticks (e.g. `Parameter`) to invoke a specific style (Source Code) in the docx template for Pandoc when generating the docx spec. Element names in tables use normal text. Should the special style be used in the tables as well?
