If you start a VM with the green arrow and the golden image is not activated, the vm starts, but when you shut down the VM, the status will become unknown and you can't do anything.
In this case, the deamon will not start another VM.
After creating a new golden image and activating it, the daemon is cleaning the first VM with status unknown.
