Apparently, merchant needs updating. I guess this falls under neither balance nor interface, but it's something that should be done.

First thing to do is identify where the merchant system is. Then, update it. And then tutorial.

Put it under balance since it's more closely related - may want to add an abstract label for "stuff to be implemented"
