Describe the bug
The steam blast furnace wont craft the synthetic oil with pneumaticraft crude oil and MI doesnt accept mekanism steam, with the justification that steam is steam and mekanism steam can be made liquid with the rotary condencentrator and does go inside of the machines but cannot be used
Steps to reproduce
BwserKing can provide
Expected behaviour
make all steam usable, and allow pc crude oil to make synthetic oil
