Right now, the entity ID handling for *DetailViews is messy: Sometimes things are truncated, sometimes the local id is used, sometimes the global

We need a unified way to resolve IDs:

Proposal:
startingpoint is always the current-window href.
If the current-window href is localhost:3000 -> Replace Localhost:3000 with innovonto-core.imp.fu-berlin.de
