What is the max Max 5V Current Draw on V2.0?

It says that "28V Input Max,5V@3A" however this is not clear to me whether this is the5V@3A is input or output. I'd like to build https://github.com/kevinakasam/ERCF_Filament_Cutter and I need to decided whether I need a dedicated 5V power supply to power the servo. Most MR 996s have a stall current of 2.5A.

So the schematics provide some clearer information on this:
The boards 5 V regulator has a max output of 3 A. This is shared for every component on the board, however, including the 3 V LDO.
The 5 V pin on the SERVO header is fused with 1500 mA, the one on the RGB header is fused with 1000 mA.
