CC: Tweaked Vault Peripheral Not Working #1679

Description

I recently switched from forge to fabric and went to build my storage system. When I went to make the vault a peripheral it did not work. However, other create blocks did work as a peripheral (inventory). I tried both 0.5.1.f and 0.5.1.j (I was originally using J but IThundxr suggested to try 0.5.1.f).

The debug information provided was taken in 0.5.1.j after reinstalling the newest create version and retrying.

I think I found a fix for the bug. A pull request was made a while ago to make the compatibility for fabric to work. But it seems it got reverted back to CombinedStorage instead of CombinedSlottedStorage. https://github.com/Fabricators-of-Create/Create/pull/1156/files
