wrong place of drake.log file #183

From newsgroup

if i run:
$ drake -w tmp/project

where tmp/project is a directory with a Drakefile inside, then the log file ends up in tmp/drake.log, not as i expected in tmp/project/drake.log

not sure if this is intentional or not
