I would love to use a tool like drake, but I am committed to storing my data in AWS S3. I have had a little bit of luck using drake in conjunction with a fuse-mounted s3 filesystem (s3fs), I have some deep suspicions that such a solution will not entirely work if I start interacting with files that get created outside of the s3fs framework.
What would be ideal is if drake had native support for s3, as it does for HDFS.
