Some talents don't work on Humanhusk

What happened?

I remember that in a previous game update, talents could take effect on Characters with CharacterInfo, but CharacterAbilityGiveStat does not work because it only allow Humans to be affected:

Reproduction steps

1. spawn a humanhusk
2. give the talent apprenticeship_doctor to the human husk
3. It has not gained 20 medical skill bonus
