TextBox line wrapping bug #247

Some lines of text are not wrapped correctly in fixed width TextBoxes.

For example

julia> TextBox("A test of Term.jls word-wrap ??? Not sure why this fails"; width=35)
                                   
   A test of Term.jl's wordwrap    
    ??? Not sure why this          
   fails

The 2nd line has a spurious space at the beginning.

Yep, there's some bugs with text wrapping that occasionally show up and have been hard to fix.
