Windows versions are missing in the readme.md #183

It would be very helpful for new users to know which Windows' versions are supported. I guess it is 7-11 for now. So my suggestion is the following:
It supports the following versions of Windows: 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11

It can be placed somewhere in the beggining:

In the readme from version 1.32 onwards the Windows compatible versions are included in the "Install" part, as "Supported versions are from Windows 7 onwards." I suppose that will be enough. Thanks!
