Is this a new thing? Seems previous versions also show blank screen when loading new tabs. This is about on black theme it is to show black screen, yes eventually it is to be fixed.

I fired up 68.14.1 in no-remote mode, and it seems to do this too now. I would remember if I constantly got flashbanged. I don't know what happened or why it's different now.
