Love the app, no complaints. A feature to greatly improve user experience would be an option for popping the flyout on whatever monitor has the mouse cursor.
This will enable faster access to volume changes without having to swing the cursor all the way to the primary monitor and back.
Keyboard shortcuts work, sure, but with a lot of devices, it's not always faster, especially given that arrow-keys only change the volume in 1% increments (perhaps adding a keyboard modifier, e.g. if SHIFT/CTRL are held, volume changes in 10-20% increments).
Another possibility is an option for the "Open Mixer" to open beneath wherever the mouse cursor is, since the user is naturally going to need to mouse into it by nature of opening it, so all the quicker to have it appear beneath the cursor.
