Framework availability as Standalone

After a long and excruciating search I haven't found any libraries or APIs that make it possible to switch an application to another Device, that is persistent with the way Win10/11 does it. It's very much possible I haven't looked far enough but your approach seems clean and straightforward. And I think I am speaking for a lot of Mixer, AudioStreaming etc. Devs, when I say that the barebones Framework behind EarTrumpet with a bit of documentation would be awesome to have and to be able to integrate within other Apps. If that's not possible, a tutorial or even just a flowchart how you pulled it off would be pretty awesome considering how little information is available concerning this topic
