[Feature] Let us choose a pop-up button that appear right where the mouse cursor is (just like Google Translate extension)

At least on Firefox, right now the pop-up button when you select a text appears in very far positions compared to the mouse cursor, which make it not as immediate as Google Translate for example, which will show the button right on top or bottom of the mouse cursor.

Describe the solution you'd like

Something in line with the Google Translate extension that is available on Chrome, in that case the pop-up button will always appear near the mouse cursor once you release the left click (during selection) or simply double click on a word to select it.
