Description

Currently dedicated machines and bare metal machines are wrapped under the Virtual Machines sub category.... Should these live in their own sub category?

Proposed Approach

Create a new sub category for 'dedicated machines

@ahullah How might we handle for a scenario when a given provider does not delineate between these?

For example, AWS groups dedicated and bare-metal together under a single EC2 service, whereas OCI delineates between Virtual Machines and Bare Metal Servers.

In that case, would it be acceptable that AWS Bare Metal Servers not show up in a net-new Service Subcategory called Bare Metal (or similar)? Or would you prefer to commingle all of these instances together under Virtual Machines, despite the relative inaccuracy? There is not a good answer here, I think -- but we opted to undercategorize in this case for 1.1, in order to reflect the reality of the provider services at hand.
