Arabic writing isn't like other writings as it is unique in many ways like:
it's written right to left
it has a unique alphabet
unlike letters, numbers are written left to right
each letter can be written in many ways depending on it's position relative to the word
For example
The A letter: أ
Can be written as:
ا، ٱ، إ، أ، آ، لا، با، اً
Keep in mind that I had to add letters before it to show all variants
I can attach a font ttf so you can get an idea
