Summary

Add dosivault integration package

Problem Definition

It is a difficult to integrate between finschia-js and dosivault.
I think it is more convenient to make dApps, if it is easy to use dosivault in finschia-js,

Proposal

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged
