x/foundation MsgExec must propagate its events inside

Summary of Bug

x/foundation MsgExec does not propagate events by its messages inside. #922 should have fixed this issue, but the variable for the cache context was not updated, which caused it hiding the origin context. Also, the corresponding test should include a message which emits events.
