Intermittent score loss when editing a score

Yesterday during the tournament, on several occasions we appeared to see scores either disappear or get toggled from Public to non-public when editing a score using the full score-entry page. The latter makes a certain amount of sense (although it is a bit non-intuitive if the setting is configured is to make all scores public upon entry). The first was a bit more worrisome, but since it only appeared to happen while editing and we saw no other instability in the persistence tier we didn't worry too much.

I haven't reproduced, but it might be worth a little torture testing. I hate submitting intermittent/sporadic bugs, but I figure you should at least know.
