[BUG] Hijri calender not correct on new widget

Salam @HichamBI,

Describe the bug
when internet off the hijri month increases by one day, when connect to internet it set to correct day number, Internet off the month back to increase 1 day, internet on back to show the correct day number.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set five prayers to Arabic
2. Go to new widget and set it (included clock and weather .....)
3. Close the internet
4. look to hijri date it increases by 1 day
5. Internet On and refresh widget will show the correct date

Expected behavior
Hijri date is correct.
