Determine if they are flukes or a real problem

Could retrying anumber of times on 500 responses be a solution?

Come to think of it, we should probably ditch AppVeyor and find another service that actually runs Linux, as I suspect that to be the primary use case, and then only optionally run Windows tests if the replacement service offers that...
