Investigate and confirm or deny if it is possible to run Flank on Windows without the use of the WSL subsystem.
As a developer I want to confirm that flank can run on windows without the use of the WSL subsystem.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Windows works after some modification on WSL however it needs to be confirmed that it works as intended on Windows "native".

Describe the solution you'd like
It works as intended and documented

Describe alternatives you've considered
It doesnt work but it works on WSL

Additional context
This ticket will encompass the documentation of the windows level of support
