Allow players to transfer ownership of sub-claims specifically to other players, and give them the ability to buy said sub-claim. It would allow server-owners like me (public, shared, or private) to set up a spawn area with its own set of globals, and multiple sub-claims with their own set of globals, essentially rented (not fully owned) by different players, either through purchase or gifting; setting up what is essentially a housing market. The reason would be so that spawn maintains its own globals, but players are still allowed to do what they please within their own plot of land (in town).
Solution
For the transferring ownership, I imagine it'd appear as an option in the sub-claim menu called "Transfer Ownership of Sub-claim", and a separate option in the main claim menu called "Transfer Ownership of Claim" which would also transfer ownership of all sub-claims within. As for the purchase of said sub-claims, it'd be set up similarly to how buying claim-blocks are, in that the currency and scale are set in the config. The actual physicality of it however, would be either sign-based or via a simple right click of any block within the sub-claim; triggering it through either methods would open up a claim menu separate from the default, with several different buttons: a button to cancel transaction, closing the menu; a button to confirm transaction, transferring ownership and clearing the specified amount of either EXP, ITEM, or CURRENCY from the player's inventory. Listed at the top of this menu would be the listed price, so that the player is informed of how much it would cost.
