Just noticed on a call with JJ that she tried to upload a picture, and the upload UI showed the red NOT DONE flag, and then monospace font showing the Title, Description, and, an error that said this was already on Wikimedia Commons...

Sorry - I grabbed a screenshot then overwrote my clipboard!

Is it possible to isolate the error response of - there's already a file with this name on WM Commons and highlight it more clearly?
