Ignore photos where the date taken is later than the date posted

Backfillr Bot has flagged this for manual inspection because it can't reconcile the two "date taken" values, but the date taken on Flickr is clearly nonsense – the value must have been corrupted at some point.

In this case, Backfillr Bot shouldn't flag the file for manual inspection – it should just silently discard it, because we can't do anything if Flickr has bad data.
