Issues With Profile Specific Mod Configs

I'm having issues using Profile Specific Mod Configs despite having it enabled in the Stardrop's settings. I recently added a folder of the mods my friend downloaded for a multiplayer farm to a separate profile on Stardrop. When I went back to my modded single player profile, my configs for that profile were gone. I don't know if I did something wrong along the way, or if Stardrop just doesn't work that way?

I think there should be an option to use separate versions of the same mod, For example, I updated my PolyamorySweet mod to 1.2.1 for my single player farm, and my friend's multiplayer farm still has the PolyamorySweet mod on version 1.2.0. I want both versions for my different profiles.
