Interactively build a report - use case / idea.

My company operates manufacturing plants. At the end of each shift, the shift supervisor fills out a rather tedious report about what happened during their shift. I would like to develop a chat bot that could be informed about what has happened during the shift (by referencing the process historian database) and ask the shift supervisor to expand / clarify things such as "I see that the warp drive was down for 3.2 hours this shift... can you tell me about what caused it, and what you did to get it going again?" - with the supervisor's response being captured, and used to build the report document itself. This has the potential to both streamline the process of generating the report, as well as greatly increasing the quality of the data that is being captured.

Is this something that could be done with FlowiseAI's existing capabilities? If so, how?
