BUG: MenuViewHelper will not translate one single page - v 7.0.1

MenuViewHelper

In version 7.0.1 there will be one menu title, which is not translated. (also in dev-development)
Funnily enough, this is only the case in a single language. Only in English and not in French.
My language UID's are: German -> 0, French -> 1, English -> 5
I am using Typo3 version 11.5.34

In version 6.1.3 these will work
