Enabling a pasted DISABLED action deletes entire action chain and no ability to undo.

If you copy and paste a disabled action, as one would for testing or sorting out a bug, and then enable that action, the rest of the action chain gets deleted, and the "Action Enabled" snackbar appears. Can't cmd-z to undo.
