[Description]

Camera Server의 실패 대응에 필요한 기능 개발.
현 상태는 카메라가 모종의 이유로 응답이 없었거나, 초점을 못맞추어서 실패한 경우에도 200이 뜸.
추가적으로 send_file등을 활용한 별도의 다운로드 endpoint를 제공해야할 수 있음.

찍은 사진 파이에 캐싱, 만약 /capture 실패 시 나중에 endpoint로 받아오기 (fallback)
편집된 사진은 안드로이드 로컬에 저장?
