Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I find myself filtering a subset of fonts over and over again. It would be useful to have smart collections that are dynamically updated as more fonts are added to the system.
Describe the solution you'd like
Smart collections could include a number of search filters and font attributes. The collection would scan your fonts and display only the fonts that satisfy the given criteria.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Every time I add new fonts to the system, I will re-apply the filtering criteria that I used to add a set of fonts to my collection. I will then manually drag and drop the filtered fonts to the collection. Since collections do not allow for duplicate fonts the end result is that the new fonts get added to the collection.
The problem is that I am not able to apply multiple filtering criteria at the same time. For instance, it is not possible to search for the intersection of Italic and Monospace fonts. When adding a large number of fonts it becomes then difficult to drag and drop the new fonts to my collection.
